Refund policy

1. Overview
At corvalien.com, operated by RED SCOPE RECRUITMENT LTD, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we provide a clear and transparent return and refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Customized or made-to-order items
• Perishable goods
• Gift cards and digital products

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email support@corvalien.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please specify the replacement item in your request.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days to receive a replacement at no extra cost.
