Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time, Los Angeles) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

2. Handling Time
Orders are prepared within 0–1 business days, Monday through Saturday.

3. Transit Time
Standard delivery usually takes 7–13 business days, Monday through Saturday.

4. Total Delivery Time
All orders are expected to be delivered within 7–14 business days.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Free shipping promotions are applied when available.

6. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

7. Address Changes
Shipping address changes can only be made prior to dispatch.
